Who are Northwest Harmony?
Northwest Harmony Chorus is a group of acappella singers from the Pacific Northwest. We are currently about twenty members and are hoping to continue to grow! We are close knit and supportive group who love to improve our sound and have fun while doing it!
Who is invited to come to Guest Nights?
You are! We invite anyone who identifies as female and loves music and singing to come, irreguardless of musical background or experience level.
Do I need to know how to read music or sing barbershop?
Nope! Come ready to learn something new and we will teach you all that you need to know!
What if I don’t know the part I sing?
No Problem! When you arrive one of our voice experts will listen to you briefly and help suggest a part that will fit you best!
What should I expect from the evening?
Expect a fun night full of new friends singing and harmonizing together! When you arrive we will be so excited to see you! You will meet with someone privately to listen to your voice and help you find the perfect part for you. We will do some warm ups and the chorus will perform a song or two for you! Then it’s your turn! We will teach you some short songs and excerpts of songs so you can join the fun and sing along with us!
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! Just bring a smile and your sense of fun and we will provide the rest!
